A mixed experience where the spacious room met with some hiccups, like slow breakfast service and room cleanliness not being up to par. While the staff was friendly, the valet service could leave you waiting, highlighting that attention to detail could improve immensely.

Couples looking for a cozy spot will appreciate it
The room was fantastic. I got a Luxury Room with a big soaker tub, really helped me unwind after a long day, and the heated pool was a nice surprise. The staff, especially Shaunt and Aby, were super helpful. They went above and beyond when I needed directions.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the comfort.

Had a fantastic time with my partner, especially enjoying the cozy feel of our Classic King Room and relaxing at the pool! After a day of exploring, unwinding by the heated outdoor pool and sipping drinks in the lounge was just perfect. Just a heads up, the curtains didn’t completely block out the light, so consider bringing a sleep mask! 😊

We enjoyed a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool and explored the vibrant downtown area, especially the amazing Jean Talon market and the scenic bike paths. The rooms were spacious and comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.
One downside was the confusion about our reservations. we initially had three rooms booked, but there was a mix-up that took a while to resolve.
